About the role

SLICIT is seeking a Luxury Real Estate Broker to serve ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals (UHNWIs) in Dubai and worldwide. You will be responsible for guiding elite clients through the purchase and sale of premium properties, ensuring a seamless and confidential experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, market, and negotiate high‑value property transactions for UHNWIs.
• Maintain and expand a network of elite buyers, sellers, and industry contacts.
• Provide bespoke market analysis, pricing strategies, and investment insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of real‑estate experience, with at least 3 years in the ultra‑luxury segment.
• Proven track record of high‑value transactions for UHNWIs.
• Deep knowledge of local and international luxury property markets.
• Strong network within elite circles and the luxury real‑estate sector.
• Commitment to confidentiality and exceptional client service.
