Apt Resources is hiring a friendly and energetic Sales Assistant for a high‑end women’s fashion store in Dubai Mall. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and driving sales in a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fashion items that match their preferences.
• Handle cash, credit, and check transactions accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of current trends, styles, and product ranges.
• Display merchandise attractively and keep the store clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Operate the POS system, ensuring correct pricing and inventory records.
• Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints promptly.
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store sales goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in high‑end fashion.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and serve multiple customers simultaneously.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
