Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a multidisciplinary team of technicians responsible for the upkeep of all retail and corporate assets. You will ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance is performed efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technicians across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, AV and other trades, allocating daily tasks and monitoring completion.
• Plan, schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all systems, minimizing downtime.
• Coordinate with approved vendors and contractors, validate work quality and manage warranty issues.
• Utilise CMMS to track work orders, inventory and performance metrics, and produce regular KPI reports.
• Collaborate with Brand Operations, Projects, Admin and Procurement teams for store openings, fit‑outs and technical upgrades.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• 4–6 years of maintenance operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead‑technician role.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, AV and carpentry trades and familiarity with safety regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and audiovisual systems.
