Makeup Artist - Yves Saint Laurent, The Grove

About the role

Chalhoub Group is hiring a Beauty Consultant (Makeup Artist) for the Yves Saint Laurent store at The Grove in Abu Dhabi. The consultant delivers outstanding customer service, applies sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets, and is accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, new launches, promotions and merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to build strong loyalty.
• Answer customer queries about products, prices, availability, uses and services.
• Assess customer needs, advise on suitable product ranges and demonstrate the usage and benefits of brands and products.
• Generate sales and track sell-out targets at store level, and generate daily sales reports.
• Participate in achieving incentives and track post-launch sales.
• Keep merchandising levels in line with brand guidelines and replenish stock on the right shelves and counters at the right times.
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form and receive stock according to set procedures.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the beauty industry.
• Proven experience across skincare, makeup and fragrance categories.
• Fluent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
