Management & Leadership Skills Trainer

About the role

The Management & Leadership Skills Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for managers and executives. This position focuses on enhancing leadership capabilities and management effectiveness across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate comprehensive training curricula for management and leadership topics.
• Analyse training needs and tailor programs to address specific organizational challenges.
• Facilitate classroom and workshop sessions, ensuring interactive and engaging learning experiences.
• Prepare training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessment tools.
• Evaluate program outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience teaching management or leadership courses at a university or training institution.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in a major or multinational organization.
• Master’s degree or PhD from a recognised university.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with Arabic as a mother tongue.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating bilingual (English/Arabic) training materials.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Proven presentation and facilitation expertise.
