About the role

The Ruwad Management Trainee Program is a 24‑month development journey designed for ambitious Emiratis who aspire to become future leaders in banking. Participants will rotate through high‑profile Emirates NBD departments, work on strategic projects, and receive world‑class training from institutions such as INSEAD and PwC.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a 12‑month secondment with a partner organisation to gain cross‑industry exposure.
• Contribute to key banking projects and initiatives across various business units.
• Engage in on‑the‑job learning, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Network regularly with senior executives and peers throughout the programme.

Required profile

• UAE national with a bachelor’s degree or higher (any major).
• Limited or no prior work experience.
