Manager - Business Excellence

About the role

The Business Excellence Manager drives continuous improvement, operational excellence, process optimization and performance management across the organization. The role implements business excellence frameworks, improves productivity and quality standards, and supports strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business excellence strategies, policies and improvement initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other quality management methodologies.
• Analyze business processes to find opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction and productivity gains.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics across departments.
• Facilitate process standardization and document SOPs and best practices.
• Conduct internal audits and process reviews to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives, and lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and provide training and coaching on business excellence methods.
• Prepare management reports and presentations on operational performance and improvement outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Quality Management or Operational Excellence.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional improvement projects.
