Manager - Butler Services

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, a new luxury resort scheduled to open in 2027, is seeking a Manager – Butler Services to lead its Butler Services team and deliver world‑class experiences for VIP guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate the Butler Services team to ensure exceptional service standards.
• Oversee daily villa operations, including guest arrivals, departures and in‑villa experiences.
• Ensure all guest requests and special requirements are met promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain villa presentation, cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Manage scheduling, task assignments and performance evaluations for the villa team.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, service logs and operational reports.
• Support inventory management and ordering of amenities and supplies.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards at all times.
• Coordinate with Doorperson, Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Proven ability to lead, supervise and motivate a Butler Services team.
• Experience overseeing villa operations, guest arrivals and departures.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and privacy standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills to handle guest feedback and resolve issues.
• Ability to maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and health & safety.
