About the role
Etihad Airways is seeking a Manager Cabin Appearance to oversee cabin appearance operations, ensuring safe, secure and on‑time service delivery. The role involves managing staff, resources and compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day direction and guidance to ensure consistent, safe, reliable delivery of operations and services.
- Manage recurrent and extraordinary operational issues to ensure timely service recovery.
- Create and monitor working shifts, approve rosters and overtime for cabin appearance staff.
- Conduct briefing and de‑briefing sessions and publish operational instructions and reports.
- Monitor adherence to hygiene, quality and safety standards and ensure equipment maintenance.
- Coach and develop staff, handle queries from outstations, and oversee invoicing and purchase orders.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma (2 years or more).
- 5‑7 years of relevant work experience.
