Manager - Data Analytics

About the role

The Manager - Data Analytics leads the end‑to‑end analytics agenda for a business domain, partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into actionable insights and drive measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the analytics agenda, aligning initiatives with business strategy and defining clear objectives, success measures and value targets.
• Lead analytics projects from scoping through implementation, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality insights and recommendations.
• Drive adoption of analytics solutions, embed them into decision‑making processes and track realized business outcomes.
• Establish and uphold analytics standards, governance, data quality controls and compliance with privacy and responsible AI requirements.
• Build scalable analytics capabilities through reusable assets, emerging technologies and continuous process improvement.
• Lead, mentor and develop the analytics team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Master’s preferred).
• 6‑9 years of analytics experience with 2+ years of team leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and exposure to retail, FMCG, e‑commerce, customer analytics, pricing or inventory.
