Manager Data Analytics - Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a Manager Data Analytics to lead the Logistics Rider vertical, partnering with local and regional logistics heads to shape product roadmaps and drive new feature development.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with Heads of Logistics, Performance Managers, and Product Owners to gather requirements and build business cases.
• Lead prioritisation every six months, aligning with logistics OKRs and coordinating roadmap communication.
• Support central product teams through problem discovery, testing, rollout and monitoring success metrics via dashboards.
• Assist countries with product and tech issues, act as primary contact during emergencies, and prioritize critical bugs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications in data analytics or product management a plus.
• 6‑7 years of experience, preferably in logistics, product management, food delivery, e‑commerce or q‑commerce.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in SQL and Google BigQuery.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Google Looker Studio.
