Supply Chain Executive – Logistics

About the role

Acino, a pharmaceutical company operating in the Middle East and emerging markets, is looking for a Supply Chain Executive to coordinate logistics and supply chain operations in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Submit and track MOHAP EDE permits (import, export, local sales).
• Create and maintain master data in SAP.
• Manage sales orders received from distributors and enter them into SAP.
• Monitor back‑orders monthly with the demand team.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and calculate KPIs such as OTIF and back‑order levels.
• Process invoices for GRN preparation and pro‑forma invoicing.
• Handle freight, customs clearance, transportation, export documentation and overall logistics activities.
• Support procurement activities, follow up with suppliers and file documentation.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
