Manager II, Digital Execution

About the role

The Digital Execution Manager is responsible for defining, leading and governing the digital execution strategy across the project lifecycle. This senior role provides strategic leadership for digital delivery, information management, project systems, data governance, automation, reporting and digital innovation to drive safety, quality and productivity outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the digital execution strategy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide strategic leadership for digital delivery, information management, project systems, data governance, automation and reporting.
• Act as the project focal point for digital transformation initiatives and serve on the Project Leadership Team.
• Translate strategic direction into tactical plans and oversee implementation activities.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, or comparable experience.
• 15+ years of relevant experience, including supervisory, project management and technical roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, present proposals and resolve conflicts.
• Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools related to digital execution.
