Manager Innovation & Partnerships

About the role

The Manager, Innovation & Partnerships will lead the identification, evaluation and delivery of innovative initiatives and strategic partnerships that enhance retail fuel, convenience and mobility experiences for ADNOC Distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an innovation roadmap aligned with digital transformation and retail growth priorities.
• Lead pilot programs, proofs of concept and scale successful solutions into commercially sustainable operations.
• Drive AI‑enabled use cases, ensure governance, compliance and measurable business impact.
• Identify, onboard and manage strategic technology and innovation partners throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Support retail media and data monetisation initiatives, ensuring compliance with data governance.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in innovation management, digital transformation or partnership roles.
• Proven track record delivering innovation initiatives in complex, enterprise environments, preferably in retail, energy or mobility sectors.
• Strong ability to work across business, technology and external partners to achieve commercial impact.
