About the role
The Manager, Innovation & Partnerships will lead the identification, evaluation and delivery of innovative initiatives and strategic partnerships that enhance retail fuel, convenience and mobility experiences for ADNOC Distribution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute an innovation roadmap aligned with digital transformation and retail growth priorities.
- Lead pilot programs, proofs of concept and scale successful solutions into commercially sustainable operations.
- Drive AI‑enabled use cases, ensure governance, compliance and measurable business impact.
- Identify, onboard and manage strategic technology and innovation partners throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Support retail media and data monetisation initiatives, ensuring compliance with data governance.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 years of experience in innovation management, digital transformation or partnership roles.
- Proven track record delivering innovation initiatives in complex, enterprise environments, preferably in retail, energy or mobility sectors.
- Strong ability to work across business, technology and external partners to achieve commercial impact.
