Manager Outreach and Stakeholder Relations (UAEN)

About the role

Masdar, a global clean energy leader jointly owned by TAQA, ADNOC and Mubadala, is hiring a Manager Outreach and Stakeholder Relations for its Brand & Strategic Initiatives division (Zayed Sustainability Prize). The role leads outreach, protocol, partnership and performance management strategies, and is open only to UAE Nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of outreach strategies to raise the brand's visibility locally, regionally and globally, and set outreach priorities
• Oversee and approve protocol planning and governance for corporate events, delegations and VIP visits, and represent the brand with government entities, embassies and strategic partners
• Develop and manage relationships with senior partners, embassies, VIP offices and government entities, and create proposals for partnerships and main government partners
• Track partner agreements and deliverables, and oversee CRM systems, reporting and day-to-day updates
• Lead project planning, monitoring and reporting for outreach and protocol initiatives, and delegate operational and clerical tasks
• Manage the team through performance management, recruitment, training and development, including on-the-job training and a structured plan for UAE Nationals' growth
• Complete reports accurately and on time, in line with corporate governance and shareholder requirements

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience in outreach, corporate relations, stakeholder relations and communications, with a proven track record, or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related discipline; an MBA is an asset
• UAE National only

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of strategic communications and outreach initiatives
• CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Event management and digital marketing knowledge
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
