Manager Outreach & Stakeholder Relations (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

Masdar, the Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company, is looking for a Manager Outreach & Stakeholder Relations to lead, design, run and govern its outreach, protocol and partnership strategy. The role covers strategic stakeholder engagement, protocol governance, partnership development and performance management, aligned with the organization's mission and reputation. It is open only to UAE Nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of outreach strategies to raise the brand's visibility locally, regionally and globally, and set outreach priorities
• Approve protocol planning and governance for corporate events, delegations and VIP visits, and ensure protocol standards are met for all VIP engagements
• Represent the brand with government entities, embassies and strategic partners, and develop relationships with senior partners, embassies, VIP offices and government bodies
• Create proposals for partnerships and main government partners, and track follow-ups on partnership agreements and deliverables
• Oversee CRM systems, reporting and day-to-day tracking, and lead project planning, monitoring and reporting
• Manage the team, including performance management, recruitment, training and development, and provide on-the-job training and feedback
• Develop a structured plan supporting the growth and development of UAE Nationals within the team
• Complete reports accurately and on time, in line with corporate governance and shareholder requirements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related discipline; MBA is an asset
• At least 6 years of experience in outreach, corporate relations, stakeholder relations and communications, with a proven track record, or equivalent experience
• UAE National only

• Digital marketing and digital platforms for hosting programs
• Event management, covering administration, marketing, budgeting and tracking
• Creating educational programs (content, assessment and reporting)
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
