About the role

Mashreq is looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join its CXC - RBG - DBC RAK Call Center team in Ras Al Khaimah. As Manager of the Premium Call Centre, you will play a vital role in enhancing the client experience and conduct. The position is open to UAE nationals only.

Key responsibilities

Manage and optimise the contact centre's operations
Focus on digitising processes and encouraging self-service options
