Manager, SME Product & Partnership Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager to lead the development and management of SME solutions and partnerships across EEMEA. Reporting to the Head of SME Product Development, you will work closely with global product teams, regional sales, account management and external partners to strengthen Mastercard’s leadership in the SME segment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a strategic partnership roadmap with fintechs, ISVs, platforms and ecosystem players.
• Elevate partnerships beyond distribution to co‑creation and innovation, driving competitive advantage.
• Guide partner onboarding and manage the commercialization pipeline.
• Collaborate with issuers, acquirers and regional teams to develop customized SME programs.
• Provide input to global SME product management and conduct opportunity assessments, including business cases.
• Track portfolio performance, evaluate new product enhancements and refine strategy.
• Ensure the product suite meets cardholder, issuer, industry and competitive expectations.
• Manage performance of existing products, optimize product economics and support commercialization and account teams with SME expertise.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership strategy and execution within financial services or payments.
• Strong background in SME product development and management.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with global product, regional sales, account management and business development teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience building business cases and opportunity assessments.
