Manager - Solutions

About the role

Presight, an Abu Dhabi-based big data analytics company powered by GenAI, is looking for a Manager - Solutions. The role designs and implements innovative solutions to solve complex business problems for clients, working closely with sales, partners, product and technical teams to understand customer needs and propose the right technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements, promote company products and give presales support such as preparing slides, demonstrations and business storylines, and conducting market research.
• Identify client needs and design effective solutions using in-house or partner products and services.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospects.
• Develop and propose detailed solution architectures that meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions are viable and implementable.
• Provide technical support during pre-sales, including technical responses to RFPs and RFIs, and act as liaison between customer, sales and technical teams during implementation.
• Enhance the partner ecosystem by connecting technical companies aligned with Presight's strategy.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, attend trade shows and conferences, and share field feedback with internal teams.
• Comply with QHSE, business continuity, information security, privacy, risk, compliance and governance policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Manager, Solutions Engineer, Sales/Pre-sales Engineer or comparable role in a tech company, in Government, Enterprise, Finance, Energy or Utilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Strong technical background covering software, hardware and networking systems.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and strong presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and customer service skills.
