Managing Director – French‑Speaking Africa

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Managing Director to lead its French‑speaking African portfolio. Based in the United Arab Emirates, you will drive strategic growth, oversee operations across leased, managed and franchised properties, and champion the brand’s service ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute expansion and growth strategies for assigned hotels.
• Ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations, maintaining the highest guest service standards.
• Collaborate with owners, franchise partners and internal stakeholders to maximise profitability.
• Develop and monitor hotel budgets, sales plans and performance metrics.
• Lead talent acquisition, development and performance management across all properties.
• Represent Radisson locally and regionally as a brand ambassador and spokesperson.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering business results.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in French and English.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with owners and key partners.
