Managing Director - Lead Aesthetic Practitioner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Technician/Practitioner to lead and operate a premium beauty and aesthetics clinic in Dubai. This role offers the chance to build your own practice with full investment, infrastructure, and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Run the clinic end‑to‑end, covering clinical, operational and business management.
• Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments to the highest standard.
• Supervise and mentor staff as the clinic expands.
• Shape service offerings, build a loyal client base and ensure compliance with Dubai health authority regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience running a beauty or aesthetics clinic end‑to‑end.
• Fully qualified and certified aesthetic practitioner with DHA/UAE‑compliant certifications.
• Strong clinical and business management skills with a commercial mindset.

Required skills

• Botox and dermal fillers administration.
• LED light therapy, laser treatments, RF/HIFU skin tightening.
• Medical‑grade facials, HydraFacial, chemical peels, microneedling.
• PRP/skin boosters, acne and pigmentation treatments, anti‑ageing treatments, general skin rejuvenation.
