Managing Partner – Business Development (Dubai)

About the role

Bizvisor is seeking a senior Managing Partner to lead business development and growth in Dubai. The role is a full‑time, on‑site position reporting directly to the executive team and focuses on generating revenue, building strategic partnerships and expanding the client portfolio across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Bizvisor’s commercial growth strategy.
• Originate, negotiate and close high‑value client engagements in free‑zone and mainland company formation, corporate structuring, PRO services, licensing, banking support and compliance.
• Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of entrepreneurs, investors, startups, SMEs and international companies entering or expanding in the UAE.
• Establish and nurture strategic referral channels and partnership networks.
• Contribute to service development, revenue forecasting, operational improvement and P&L ownership.
• Potentially expand into broader general‑management responsibilities, including team leadership.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience in company formation, corporate services, consultancy, legal or financial services.
• Demonstrated track record of revenue generation, client acquisition and strategic partnership development.
• Ability to originate and close high‑value deals and manage a commercial pipeline.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to long‑term business value.
