Marketing & Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, charismatic, and result‑driven Marketing and Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the travel, tourism and visa‑immigration sector. The successful candidate will act as the public face of the brand, build international B2B partnerships and drive profitable product innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and close B2B contracts with international travel agencies, tour operators and corporate partners.
• Develop and launch new revenue‑generating tourism packages, visa services and value‑added products.
• Lead video‑content strategy on TikTok, Instagram and other platforms; host live Q&A sessions and represent the company on camera.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, stakeholders and international partners through effective PR and communication.
• Oversee daily office administration, streamline processes and ensure coordination across departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a travel, tourism or visa‑immigration consultancy.
• Proven track record of closing international B2B deals.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident on‑camera presence and ability to create engaging promotional videos.
• Strong business acumen, proactive attitude and target‑oriented mindset.
