Marketing & Communications Executive

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Executive will support Marriott International’s brand presence in Dubai by promoting awareness both internally and externally, while helping to drive revenue through sales techniques and guest loyalty initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Promote brand awareness across multiple channels and to internal stakeholders.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain existing guest loyalty.
• Contact potential owners by telephone to arrange preview package tours and sales presentations.
• Explain tour details, eligibility requirements, and presentation logistics to prospects.
• Verify eligibility of individuals before scheduling tours for Marriott Vacation Club properties.
• Provide complimentary gifts or rewards to guests as a token of appreciation.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, and faxing to support the Sales & Marketing team.
• Accurately receive, record, and relay messages.
• Assist management with training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees.
• Uphold company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and respond with courteous language.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer‑service environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow policies, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively.
