Marketing Communications Manager II

About the role

The Marketing Communications Manager II will lead the creation and execution of the property’s marketing plan, oversee e‑commerce initiatives, and cultivate strong relationships with tourism bureaus and community leaders in Dubai’s Business Bay district.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive leisure marketing plan, including rate offers, packages and promotional programs.
• Maintain and update all property websites and coordinate brand‑loyalty mailings, brochures and collateral materials.
• Analyze market reports, guest data and campaign metrics to provide ROI‑focused recommendations.
• Manage the marketing budget throughout the year, tracking actual versus planned spend and reallocating funds as needed.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all advertising, signage and guest touchpoints.
• Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities, securing placement on high‑quality internet sites.
• Collaborate closely with convention bureaus, chambers of tourism and internal departments such as rooms, food & beverage, spa and golf.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of sales and marketing experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience interpreting market and campaign data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with external partners.
