Marketing Data & Analytics Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing UAE holding group to build a marketing measurement function from the ground up across multiple high‑impact sectors. You will shape the data strategy, create executive dashboards and drive insight‑focused decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a measurement framework with agreed KPIs, baselines and targets.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting that senior leadership uses regularly.
• Analyse campaigns, channels and media to optimise spend and impact.
• Lead attribution modelling, A/B testing and experimentation.
• Set data, tracking and governance standards across the group and its portfolio companies.
• Automate reporting and leverage AI to accelerate insight generation.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics or business intelligence.
• Proven track record of building KPI frameworks, dashboards and executive reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with GA4, GTM, Power BI or Tableau, and SQL.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear stories for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in GCC or multi‑sector, multi‑brand environments is a plus; Arabic language desirable.
