Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will manage and grow Elysian Group’s digital presence, driving social media engagement, creating compelling content, supporting video storytelling, and enhancing community presence for a leading Dubai real‑estate brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day posting, scheduling and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow followers, engagement and community interactions, monitoring analytics and preparing performance reports.
• Write engaging content such as blogs and social media captions; assist in scriptwriting and content planning for video shoots and podcasts.
• Collaborate with content and video teams to produce storytelling pieces and support shoots, including appearing on‑camera when needed.
• Engage with audiences, respond to inquiries, nurture online communities and encourage user‑generated content.
• Build relationships with clients, brokers and stakeholders through digital channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, English or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Proven track record of social media growth.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Familiarity with video production processes such as storyboarding and scriptwriting.
