Marketing Intern - Content Creator

About the role

Join AccorHotel in Dubai as a Marketing Intern focused on content creation. You will support the marketing team in developing and executing content that aligns with the annual calendar and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building content plans and translating campaign objectives into social, video, website, and EDM formats.
• Support content planning, publishing, caption writing, community management and performance tracking.
• Help ensure all content reflects the brand tone, visual identity and luxury hospitality standards while complying with copyright and platform guidelines.
• Monitor platform trends, benchmark competitors and contribute ideas for new content formats.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Media or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a detail‑oriented, creative mindset.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Familiarity with photography/videography and editing software (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
• Understanding of SEO best practices for copy optimization.
