Marketing Manager – Digital & B2B Focus

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager / Marketing Specialist to drive digital growth for a boutique management consulting firm in Dubai. The role focuses on B2B marketing, lead generation, and innovative digital campaigns to support business transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, and manage end‑to‑end campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
• Run CRM‑based email automation, lead nurturing, and segmentation.
• Implement SEO, SEM, and website optimisation initiatives.
• Create compelling B2B content for websites, social media, and email channels.
• Maintain and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Support lead generation and business development efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the professional training or consulting sector.
• Experience in an agency or in‑house marketing environment is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
