Marketing Manager – Fashion Brand

About the role

The Marketing Manager will be based on‑site in Dubai and will lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies that boost Kashkha’s brand presence across retail and digital channels. You will work closely with design, merchandising and retail teams to translate seasonal concepts into compelling campaigns that drive awareness, traffic and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement seasonal marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate in‑store promotions, events and visual merchandising with retail partners.
• Manage external agencies, content creators and KOLs to produce creative assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse customer and market data, and optimise initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and support market expansion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or fashion marketing, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong background in marketing strategy, campaign planning and brand management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; conversational French or Russian is a plus.
