Marketing Manager – Hospitality Brand

About the role

As a Marketing Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, you will lead marketing and public relations initiatives that boost brand visibility, promote hotel facilities, and support revenue growth across all streams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans for hotel facilities, F&B outlets, events and special offers.
• Manage digital marketing activities including website content, online campaigns, email marketing and social media.
• Coordinate public relations efforts, prepare press releases and maintain media, influencer and partner relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and guest preferences to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, revenue, F&B and operations teams on revenue‑generating campaigns.
• Control marketing budgets and track ROI.
• Prepare regular performance reports for hotel leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, public relations or digital marketing, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical ability and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
