Marketing Manager

About the role

Aetram Finserv LLC seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function across its brokerage, fund management, portfolio management and advisory activities. The role translates business goals into controlled, multi‑channel marketing plans that build trust and generate qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans by product, audience, jurisdiction and channel, setting budgets, priorities and launch dates.
• Oversee all campaign elements – social, paid media, website, email, webinars, events, PR and agency work – ensuring compliance and brand consistency.
• Align marketing leads with sales and relationship managers, tracking conversion from enquiry to funded account or advisory engagement.
• Control media spend, manage agency scopes, maintain monthly forecasts and optimise or pause under‑performing campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of marketing experience, including ownership of multi‑channel campaigns and at least two years of people or agency leadership.
• Background in financial services, investment products, insurance or another tightly regulated sector in the UAE or GCC.
• Ability to review product claims, understand audience restrictions and work constructively with compliance teams.
