About the role

Join ADCB's Retail Banking team as a Marketing Manager, driving innovative campaigns and digital strategies to enhance brand presence and customer satisfaction across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage marketing communications, execute campaigns and develop digital marketing strategy.
• Lead key marketing projects, control budgets and ensure ROI through effective negotiation.
• Oversee the marketing calendar, align activities with business objectives and monitor performance.
• Develop and manage social media, website content and digital tools to support business goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high‑quality marketing assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience in a reputable organization.
• University degree in Business or Marketing.
• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS).
