About the role

Goaco is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own and expand its marketing function across the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. This senior‑level role blends strategic planning with practical execution, turning marketing activities into qualified leads and supporting the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute UK and UAE marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Design and manage social‑media strategies for both regions.
• Oversee content creation, video production, email marketing, website updates, and event promotion.
• Track marketing KPIs, build dashboards, and report results to the board.
• Align marketing efforts with sales, ensuring smooth lead handover and pipeline influence.
• Lead, coach, and quality‑control a cross‑regional marketing team.
• Leverage AI tools to improve speed, consistency, and insight generation.
