Marketing & PR Manager – Group-wide Restaurant Brands

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Marketing & PR Manager to shape the group‑wide marketing strategy for our high‑end restaurant brands across Dubai and the GCC. You will own brand visibility, footfall, and positioning, blending strategy, creative campaigns, storytelling, digital marketing, PR, events, and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a group‑wide brand strategy with tailored plans for each restaurant concept.
• Design and execute revenue‑impact campaigns linked to bookings, spend, and repeat visits, with clear ROI tracking.
• Drive footfall and loyalty through high‑visibility activations and loyalty programmes.
• Lead social and content strategy, including daily execution, influencer and community management.
• Manage media relations, high‑profile openings, and press‑worthy events.
• Integrate AI tools for campaign automation, analytics, and personalization.
• Build and lead a marketing team while coordinating external creative and media partners.
• Collaborate closely with operations, culinary, design, and finance teams.
• Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multi‑brand F&B restaurant marketing within the region.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable brand and revenue growth.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage external partners.
• Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills.
