Marketing & Social Media Manager

About the role

LEAM is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Manager to elevate its digital presence and support investor communications. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the firm’s marketing strategy within the alternative investment space.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow LEAM’s presence across all social media and relevant digital platforms with high‑quality content and active engagement.
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly performance updates, market commentary, and investor communications.
• Support public relations efforts, media engagement, and corporate announcements as needed.
• Coordinate conferences, events, webinars, roadshows, and other client‑engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, investor communications, or digital marketing within the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Required skills

• Content creation for LinkedIn and other professional social media platforms.
• Website management and digital marketing initiatives.
• Social media platform management.
