Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will provide effective marketing and design support to sales and internal departments, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. The role also includes coaching, mentoring and performance monitoring of the team to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business needs.
• Create artwork such as brochures, adverts, flyers, business cards and other collateral, preparing files for print when required.
• Design high‑impact presentations for new business pitches and e‑shot designs for e‑marketing campaigns.
• Adjust artwork and sales documents to comply with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, prioritising tasks and providing regular updates.
• Collaborate with sales and internal departments to understand their needs and deliver day‑to‑day design and marketing support.
• Coordinate branding and communication requirements across internal stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver exhibitions, events, corporate hospitality and conferences, including promotional merchandise.
• Assist in writing press releases, trade articles and case studies.
• Update website content via the CMS and maintain social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Required profile

• High School Diploma or College Degree (Marketing/Design preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in FMCG and product design.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional language a plus).
• Problem‑solving and organisational capabilities.
