About the role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dhaid, Sharjah. The role focuses on growing the brand, reaching new customers, and strengthening market presence across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and social media channels.
• Manage social media content and brand communication.
• Develop creative campaigns to increase customer acquisition and engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Support promotions, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.
• Good communication and content creation skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of customer behavior.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance and KPIs.
• Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
• Experience in the UAE market is an advantage.
