Marketing Specialist – Multilingual (Russian/French/Spanish)

About the role

Prima Luxury Real Estate is looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Marketing Specialist who can craft compelling content and drive lead generation across digital channels. The role focuses on promoting high‑end property listings to a high‑net‑worth audience while maintaining a premium brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content plans for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms, producing visual and written posts that showcase properties and market insights.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, optimizing for qualified leads and cost‑per‑lead efficiency.
• Oversee property listings and promotional campaigns on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle and similar portals.
• Update website content, ensuring property details and market reports are accurate and aligned with brand standards.
• Coordinate with agents, photographers, graphic designers and external suppliers to deliver marketing collateral, both printed and digital.
• Prepare performance reports for social media and advertising activities to inform future strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian, French and Spanish, with excellent English communication skills.
• Strong writing ability and storytelling experience in real‑estate or luxury markets.
• Proactive collaborator comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual presentation.
