About the role
Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. As a Mason you’re not just maintaining the hotel’s physical safety and functionality – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain hotel facilities, ensuring physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
- Respond quickly to guest calls and team member work orders.
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry work.
- Conduct preventive‑maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Document inspections and repairs, flagging any items that require further attention.
