Mason – Plaster Specialist for Dubai Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mason specializing in plaster work to join our construction projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality wall plastering, rendering and surface finishing across residential and commercial sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform wall plastering, rendering and surface finishing according to project specifications.
• Prepare and mix plaster materials, ensuring proper consistency and application.
• Inspect completed work for quality, adherence to safety standards and client requirements.
• Maintain tools and equipment, and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Mason with a focus on plastering.
• Certificate in Masonry, Building Technology or equivalent training (preferred).
• Physically fit, medically cleared for construction work and able to work 8 hours per day.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and comply with site health, safety and HSE regulations.
• Valid passport and relevant work documents.
