Material Planning Executive (Remote)

About the role

Rynvora is seeking a proactive Material Planning Executive to support day‑to‑day planning, coordinate inventory requirements and help optimise material availability across its international operations. This fully remote, full‑time position is ideal for professionals looking to grow in supply chain, procurement or inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily material planning and coordination activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and material availability against business demand.
• Collaborate with Material Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing and Operations teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules and track purchase orders.
• Maintain planning records, reports and operational documentation.
• Assist demand forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Monitor KPIs, inventory performance and support optimisation initiatives.
• Resolve routine planning and supply‑related issues.
• Prepare operational reports and management updates.
• Contribute to process improvements in planning workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, procurement or inventory management.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good written and verbal English skills.
• UAE or GCC supply‑chain experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Relevant certifications are welcome but not required.
