Material Purchase Accountant

About the role

Creative Power Electromechanical Works LLC is looking for a Material Purchase Accountant to join its team in the UAE. The role covers purchase-related accounting, coordination with suppliers, procurement documentation and tracking of materials and costs. Candidates currently available in the UAE who can join immediately are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Manage material purchasing activities and keep accurate procurement records.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, supplier quotations and invoices.
• Coordinate with suppliers on material availability, pricing and delivery schedules.
• Track purchased materials and keep proper documentation.
• Support cost control of procurement and material expenses.
• Verify invoices and check the accuracy of purchasing transactions.
• Work with internal teams to support smooth project operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in the construction field is mandatory.
• Experience in material purchasing and procurement activities.
• Experience in supplier coordination and cost control.
• Currently available in the UAE; immediate joiners preferred.
