Maternity & Childcare Services Coordinator

About the role

The Maternity & Childcare Services Coordinator will manage the complete patient journey for maternity services, from enrollment in maternity packages through antenatal care, delivery, and post‑natal follow‑up. The role acts as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination across clinical, administrative, finance and insurance teams while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for maternity patients, handling registrations, appointments, follow‑ups and patient inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate consultations, ultrasounds, labs, antenatal classes and post‑natal appointments.
• Monitor package enrolment, utilization and conversion, ensuring services align with approved guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with obstetrics & gynaecology consultants, nursing staff, midwives and ancillary departments.
• Maintain maternity databases, prepare regular performance reports and support quality‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences or a related field.
• Strong ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams and manage patient‑centred processes.
