About the role
The Measurer will support the estimation department in preparing accurate tender submissions. This role involves reviewing tender drawings, preparing bills of quantities and assisting with tender documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Examine tender drawings to determine material quantities and prepare bills of quantities when not provided.
- Verify client‑provided BOQs and ensure all items are measured and captured.
- Identify subcontract elements, request quotations and assist in preparing tender documents in CCS format.
- Compile necessary tender documents, including drawings and BOQs, and ensure timely submission.
Required profile
- Graduate in a construction discipline.
- 1‑3 years of construction experience, with at least one year in interior fit‑out.
