About the role
Provide essential support to the estimation department in preparing tender estimates and ensuring timely submission.
Key responsibilities
- Examine tender drawings to determine material quantities and prepare bill of quantities when not provided.
- Verify client‑provided BOQs and ensure all items are measured.
- Identify subcontract elements, float enquiries and obtain quotations.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and bills in CCS format.
- Compile necessary tender documents, arrange drawings and BOQs, and ensure on‑time submission.
- Support the estimating department for smooth and timely tender processing.
Required profile
- Graduate in a construction discipline.
- 1‑3 years of construction experience, with at least one year in interior fit‑out.
