Meat Production/Processing Helper

About the role

We are looking for a Production/Processing Helper to work in our meat factory in Dubai. The role involves precise handling of meat products and supporting the production line.

Key responsibilities

• Perform precise cutting, trimming, and portioning of meat products according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in preparation and packaging of meat products, ensuring accurate labeling and proper handling.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and help maximize output.
• Follow all safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor to support the production process.

Required profile

• Ability to follow supervisor instructions and safety guidelines.
• Commitment to maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards.

Required skills

• Meat cutting, trimming and portioning.
