Medical Representative - Consumer Healthcare

About the role

A British multinational consumer healthcare company is hiring a Medical Representative in Dubai on a 12-month extendable contract. The role involves visiting healthcare professionals to help them manage patients' diseases using the company's products, and gathering feedback on product use.

Key responsibilities

• Visit healthcare practitioners (physicians, pharmacists, key opinion leaders) and follow up with them to gather feedback and questions about the products.
• Provide information on proper medical usage, dosage and side effects, using product samples, scientific literature and clinical trial data.
• Enlist the products in key and assigned accounts and give feedback to the manager on customer requests, promotions and product access, as well as changes in the healthcare system.
• Follow up on stock, consumption and ordering, and organize AV activities in the area.
• Report on HCP visits and activities, maintain and update the customer list, and prepare a short-term plan of action for the area and products.
• Explore business opportunities, expand reach, and take part in setting and executing engagement plans and partnership programs.
• Submit monthly reports on sales, activities, market feedback, threats and opportunities.

Required profile

• Pharmaceuticals degree.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
