About the role
We are seeking a passionate Member Experience Executive to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive member retention at Wellfit.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members with professionalism and care.
- Handle account queries, scheduling, and service requests promptly.
- Build strong relationships through in‑club, phone, and email outreach.
- Recommend programs, products, and services tailored to member needs.
- Gather feedback to improve the member journey and elevate service culture.
- Support retail shop operations and ensure club cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with fitness and membership teams to maximize engagement.
Required profile
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to anticipate member needs and provide solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Knowledge of fitness programs and services is a plus.
